DESCRIPTION:The Dorset Equine Rescue’s 10th Annual Barnyard Ball! \nThe Dorset Equine Rescue and Honorary Chairs Greg & Emily Dowd cordially invite you to attend the 10th annual Barnyard Ball fundraiser on Thursday\, July 10th at The Old Gray Barn at 1582 Route 30\, Rupert\, beginning at 5:15 p.m. This year’s Barnyard Ball fundraiser will include a chance to meet some rescued equines\, live music by local band the Happy Hour Trio\, and a very special live auction with auctioneer Eric Nathan\, featuring an equine bronze sculpture\, ‘Cavallo Nero’ by award-winning and classically trained bronze sculptor and Vermont artist Elaine Franz Witten\, and ‘Silent Grace’ a limited-edition photograph from the award-winning series Discovering the Horses of Sable Island by artist Drew Doggett. There will be dancing\, dinner\, a cash bar\, and prizes for Best Dressed Western-style. Casual attire is welcome.
