GMALL Presents – Sew Fun: A Tote Workshop
Wednesday, June 10 from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm at the United Church of Dorset

Green Mountain Academy welcomes the owner of The Stitch Witch Vermont, Shondell Dahm, to lead this tote bag workshop. In this hands-on workshop, you’ll sew a sturdy, lined tote bag complete with an interior pocket — finished at a roomy 14 inches tall. A pattern will be provided, along with a selection of basic thread colors. To participate, you’ll need to bring 1 yard of exterior fabric (canvas, duck cloth, denim, or cotton all work great) and ½ yard each of lining fabric and fusible interfacing. Feeling creative? Upcycled materials like old jeans or shirts are warmly encouraged! If you have a sewing machine, bring it along; if not, we have four machines available for use in class.
