August 1 – Howard Fisherman and the Biting Fish Brass Band – Co-presented by the Vermont Arts Exchange. A high-energy, highly contagious, exuberant five-piece New Orleans Brass Band
August 8 – Jonathan Whitney with Taconic Music: A special evening of jazz featuring original works and string quartet repertoire that promises to move your spirit adn stay with you long after the last note.
August 15 – Rani Arbo & Daisy Mayhem with Serenity Singers, our local Hospice Choir: “Rani Arbo & Daisy Mayhem dig deep into their collective souls, finding joy in the moment, peace in the harmonies, and rapture in the rhythmic drive.
August 22 – Eagles Stage Band: An 18-piece orchestra laying down swing and ballads, exploring a wide variety of dance and jazz music, all while maintaining its primary focus of performing great music from the big band era.
August 29 – Saints and Liars – One of Vermont’s favorite bands who have been blending their own variants of honky tonk, folk, bluegrass, and rock n roll since 2012. with opener Ida Mae Specker. “Fusing original, contemporary, and traditional material, while bringing heartfelt new life and relevance to the chain of American folk music.”
